27th Annual WSM Yard Sale
The 27th Annual Warm Springs Mesa Yard Sale is Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A list of households participating and their main items for sale is shown below, in addition to a Warm Springs Mesa neighborhood map.
Sellers will have their items for sale in their yards and driveways. Please park with care so as not to block mailboxes and driveways. Expect sellers to require cash as payment. They may not make change for large denominations. Electronic payment methods, such as Venmo, are at the seller’s discretion.
